- Cash payment only, no credit cards!
- Minimum stay: 3 nights!
- Tourist tax: € 2.90 per person / night (from the age of 15)
- Research contribution: € 1.10 as statutory fee once from 5 nights per person per stay
- Final cleaning: € 55, - to € 65, - as a one-time cleaning fee
Discounts for children:
- 0 - 2 years: free
- 3 - 6 years: € 9,-
- 7 - 12 years: € 14,-
Arrival and departure:
The apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Cancellation conditions:
The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply to cancellations. You can find this <here>
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
- If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.
- In case of early departure, 100% will be charged.
